Good Wednesday Morning everyone! We typically kick off February with a visit to Wiarton to watch Wiarton Willie give his prognostication for the arrival of Spring. February is also the month of love. For this reason it's the perfect time to encourage discussions with each other about our body image and self-esteem. February is a great time to do a check in about the thoughts we have about our bodies and the feelings we have about ourselves. And with an early spring arou...nd the corner, it's a great time to "throw out the garbage" such as the negative thoughts and feelings that might be "stuck" on a bad ground hog day loop and allow ourselves a re-do.
