Today is #BellLetsTalk day! At Youville Centre - Ottawa we are focused on opening up conversations, challenging mental health stigma, and encouraging everyone to share how they care for their mental health, the mental health of those close to them, and the mental wellbeing of the community. This morning our clients shared their mental wellness tips and inspiring quotes, spun our SOS wheel to be entered into a draw, and grabbed their swag bags of #BellLetsTalk goodies!

"I didn’t think I had the strength to give my kids a Christmas last yearI almost cancelled it. I desperately needed support last November. My best friend was attending Youville Centre at the time, to finish high school and receive support while her daughter attended the onsite childcare. She urged me to come too. She told me it would be the best thing that ever happened to meand she was right." Read more about Brianna's Story here: http://www.youvillecentre.org//many-ways-give-christmas-2/
