Hi all, I will be posting a series of boxing circuits over the next few weeks that you can do at home without equipment. Here is the first installment. I hope you enjoy it. Stay safe, healthy and strong.

ATTENTION BOXERS! . At this time Yukon Boxing will CONTINUE to offer classes every Monday and Wednesday from 7-8:30 pm and Saturday’s 12-1:30 pm. . We are monitoring all recommendations from Boxing Canada and Yukon’s Chief Medical Officer. We are ensuring that all equipment is properly CLEANED AND DISINFECTED.... . Until further notice there will be NO SPARRING during class. . If anyone has travelled out of the country (including Alaska) or has been sick in the last 14 days, we would ask you to not attend classes. . If you experience these symptoms: Call 811 for direction on self-care and screening, a new number is being created due to high volume of calls. Be prepared to wait. DO NOT visit the hospital DO NOT report to work Inform your supervisor Yukon Hospitals’ Infection Control & Risk Team will follow up to support you as they would with any Influenza-Like Illness To avoid misinformation about COVID-19, direct questions about the virus and the impact on you or your team to your immediate manager or director. PRP is currently looking for crew to assist with the setup and strike of the Arctic Winter Games Opening Ceremony. This will include:... Setting up staging, lighting, audio and video for the Opening Ceremony.
