Hooray for Christmas spirit from the private sector, city, territory and the fire department!

We are heartbroken to learn that the Keno Hotel burned to the ground last night. Leo Martel, the owner and proprietor is apparently ok, but the work of his last more than ten years is gone. Leo hosted us at the Keno Hotel for two terrific and memorable Yukon Chamber AGMs, and the loss of the hotel is a tragedy for both Keno City, and the Yukon. Our hearts go out to Leo at this time.

This is going to be an important event for Yukon businesses to participate in, particularly if you are in the retail or tourism sectors.
