A beautiful family friend from years gone by has left us far too soon. Miss Laura Barr, you were one of kind. It was always such an honour to be blessed by your presence. One of the brightest stars we have ever known. Your enormous and magnificent spirit always lit up any space you graced. Your soulful laugh brought out the very best in people. On the hardest days she could just smile at you and it would change your whole world. Her many visits to G&P over the years always ...warmed our hearts and made our days better. Our dear angel Laura, if only the walls could talk Our deepest condolences to her son Austin and the Barr family. The amazing memories with all of you and Laura are beyond endless and magical. We will cherish her in our hearts forever Our prayers and thoughts are with all who loved Laura. Our beautiful & shining angel, we love you so much! You will be so deeply missed, beyond the stars

Northern Lights School of Dance (NLSD) wants to keep the spirit alive and has a very special treat for you! ... It’s yearly, always sold out production of the Magical Christmas classic the NUTCRACKER is being offered to you virtually this holiday season! Even more exciting than ever, it will have a Yukon twist! Follow Clara as she ventures through the Yukon wilderness with her Nutcracker encountering the mighty Yukon River, forest friends and the aurora borealis. How can you watch? Please read the details below! Anyone ordering from G&P this week can get complimentary access to Saturday December 12th 7pm show! When calling to order, please tell us that you are ordering on behalf of NLSD NUTCRACKER PROMOTION and we will give you a FREE ACCESS CODE to Saturday’s show to stream live from the comfort of your home! What do I do after I have the access code? You must make an account on Yukontickets website. You must select your viewing date as December 12th 7pm show of the NUTCRACKER and input your FREE ACCESS CODE that you received from us. COVID-19 UPDATE Well needless to say, we are still in uncertain times. We are all feeling it now more than ever. Most of you know we have a new mandated mask policy in place for December 1st. We kindly ask that you wear a face mask when arriving to pick up your takeout order. All of our staff have been donning masks since March so this protocol is not new for us but we greatly understand how uncomfortable they are. The flip side is, nothing is forever and brighter days are ahead. Let’s protect each other so we can get our lives back We thank you so much for your understanding and we are forever grateful for your continual support. Let’s keep our Yukon safe. Wash those hands and always be kind to each other
