Join me on Tuesday morning at 10am for my last livestream of 2020. In this half hour practice. We will touch upon the Silver Linings we may have experienced amidst the grief and loss of this difficult year and explore the light within ourselves. I will also squeeze in a short Somatic Yoga practice for those of us suffering back pain and symptoms of Sciatica.
