Good morning everyone!! I am super excited to take a Gluten Free bread making class tonight with my amazing wife!! Hopefully this helps me in my quest to make a DELICIOUS and soft white bread!!! Hey guys! Good news! I'm finally getting somewhere with figuring out a white bread! Today's test loaf tasted good, smelled good, and made a tasty sandwich! But not quite right yet! I am still working with different flours and starches to find lighter and more fluffy bread!! Heres some pics of the progress so far!! I cant wait to perfect it for selling!! #missingbread
