I think it's safe to say that we have seen a LOT of houses over the decades as we've been in the business. We asked Braden what his favourite room of a house is... and he told us that he always had a fascination and appreciation for houses that have a unique hobby room. "I love houses that have a hobby room. When a room is completely dedicated to one specific passion or hobby, it really tells you a lot about a person and I think that's pretty cool. Whether it's a room that holds collectables like model cars, a room filled with sports paraphernalia from a favourite team, or a room like my wife has which is dedicated to her crafts and projects - you feel like you get to know someone so well because much of who they are is reflected in the room around you."
