How many of you like to do live videos? When you do them do you feel that you need to be perfect. Sound perfect, look perfect??? Why do we put so much pressure on ourselves? I teach my kids people should love you for you!! YET I am worried about what people will think if I come on and just look like a tired mom...... We need to just love people for behind Real!! What do you think???

I have been gluten free for 10 years. I was getting hives just above my knees then it moved to my arms and then my back... Started going to a herbalist and she said it always gets worse before it gets better and she was so right and just as fast as they came they were gone. Thank God!!... The right diet and vitamins make life so much easier was I always 100% nope I cheated with a nibble of bread here and there but I am completely GF now and I actually cannot eat any grains of any kind...it was hard, really hard I can’t even eat rice crackers. But when you eat a clean diet it is amazing how clear and wonderful you feel! How many of you live this kind of life?
