We wanted to give a big shout out and virtual hugs to Team FemPack, who have raised a whopping $14,000 for the event! Things like this really drive home the point that we don’t all have a safe and warm place to go, says Team Captain, Tina Beaudry-Mellor. A big thank you to everyone on Team FemPack for helping support the cause!... All funds raised for Coldest Night of the Year go to My Aunt’s Place, Regina’s only homeless shelter for women and families. Keep on sharing your CNOY2021 pics and tag @ywcaregina. We love to see and share your enthusiasm!

Join our friends at the Saskatchewan Council for International Cooperation on Wednesday November 25th for Tough Guise: Masculinities and Violence in Media and Real Life. Jackson Katz, Ph.D. will be discussing the ways in which cultural beliefs about "manhood" and the socialization of boys and young men contribute to men's violence against women, other men, and themselves. The talk will include analysis of the many intersections between gender, race, and class. Registration is free and the event is being facilitated over Zoom!
