Join our friends at the Saskatchewan Council for International Cooperation on Wednesday November 25th for Tough Guise: Masculinities and Violence in Media and Real Life. Jackson Katz, Ph.D. will be discussing the ways in which cultural beliefs about "manhood" and the socialization of boys and young men contribute to men's violence against women, other men, and themselves. The talk will include analysis of the many intersections between gender, race, and class. Registration is free and the event is being facilitated over Zoom!

GirlSpace is moving online! GirlSpace gives girls in grades 6-8 an opportunity to learn and discuss topics such as healthy relationships, self-esteem, identity and more. Email [email protected] to register your child!

All Nations Hope Network and YWCA Regina have opened a temporary warming station located at 3510 5th Avenue in Regina. Hours of Operation beginning today are 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and starting on January 4th, doors and services will be available 24 hours a day.

YMCA Regina has been an important part of Downtown Regina for over 117 years. Together, we have a long history with their organization in our community. YWCA Regina will miss having them close by, but we look forward to the incredible community work they will continue to do in the future.
