Marriages Marriage Commissioners will be allowed to perform wedding ceremonies via Skype or other methods of video conferencing applications. Expired Marriage Licenses Due to COVID-19, some couples may have already purchased a marriage licence and have since had to postpone their wedding. The original marriage licence may have expired.
