On Saturday, Nov. 30 from 5-6:30 p.m., come down for the opening night celebration for the 2019 Lions Festival of Lights now in its 33rd year! There will be hot chocolate and cookies, carolers, ice sculptures and fireworks. The event is free to attend but all are encouraged to consider bringing a donation to the Calgary Food Bank (on this date only). Following this celebration, the Lions Festival of Lights will be open daily from December 1, 2019 to January 8, 2020 from 6... p.m. to midnight.
