Hi loves! If you’ve watched my instastory today, you already know that Rod and I will be taking these last few days of 2020 to decompress and listen to our bodies. Life has been a whirlwind of chains, stones, boxes, emails, and trips to the post office this month... and we need a moment before we do it all over again!! Our usual Boxing Day sale is going to be moved to (very) early January and it’s going to be *major*. Until then, I’ll be sharing sparkly videos and photos wi...th you! Life is unfolding for you, not against you. These words have always felt a little cheesy to me, like they should be written in glitter on a canvas. But.. earlier this week, this sneaky little sentence hit me like a bag of bricks. Instead of fighting this swirling current, I need to remember my resilience. Many of us are experiencing extra sensitive, heightened, and untethered feelings. As my dear friend @liv.lyne so eloquently reminded me this morning : sensitive isn’t a w...ilting flower. It’s actually attuned presence and deep awareness. As we flow through these changing tides together, let us be reminded of the strength and belief we have in ourselves and each other. Celebrate your small victories. Remember the good, warm moments in your heart. Use your emotional resources to soothe, but also fortify. Then, repeat after me: life is unfolding for us.
