Faith is the platform by which many of God’s people have accomplished great pursuits for the Lord. It is not who a man is while alive, that truly marks his identity before God; it is what he is able to pass on that really makes a difference. If a man who does great exploits for God fails to leave a trail that can be traced back to Him which others can follow, his life lacks meaning. When David became a king, what mattered more than his kingdom was what he released into the future; a son called Solomon and a blue print of the temple to come. Elijah who did not have children, left to posterity the mantle by which he passed his authority and anointing to Elisha. We are going to pass on the unchangeable and immutable God whose character has never changed!

In the Bible, when it says that God remembers, it refers to His covenant being fresh before Him and that the time for Him to act is now. When you lift your voice and give Him praise as a memorial, God remembers you and comes in to fulfill His promise. When God remembers, the wheels of His miracles are set in motion. The moment you are remembered in heaven, things that are promised to you will come forth. Do something today so that God will be mindful of you. Your life serves as a living memorial to the world, that God is faithful to guide, protect and support you and that there is no other helper like Him! Happy Thursday!
