Have you tried our Labneh in oil? Artisanal Labneh balls, that work as great mezza, hor d'oeuvres, breakfast sandwiches and more. Made from fresh pasteurized milk (not milk solids), this Labneh truly is homemade. It Only consists of 3 ingredients (yogurt, salt and oil). Yes you heard it, NO PRESERVATIVES!!! ... As long as the Labneh balls are submerged in the oil and the Jar is closed it can last up to two years or even longer. It is best to put in fridge after opening. The longer it stays, the tangier it gets in taste, so if you like that taste, buy it and let it sit for a while.

Did you know that Zara's Ayran is one of a kind. Made with Fresh pasteurized milk. (Not Milk powder like most other yogurt drinks). We DO NOT put carrageenan (a thickening agent that is linked to cancer), and that is why you may notice our drink separates. The yellow liquid on the top (during separation) is whey protein. And the white liquid on the bottom is the Yogurt. ... Look at our ingredient list and you will realize how truly HOMEMADE our drink is. A true PROBIOTIC drink. Enjoy the health!! You can find Zara Ayran at many Arab grocery/supermarkets and restaurants in the GTA (Mississauga / Toronto / Scarborough / Oakville / Hamilton etc.)

High in protein and all sorts of nutrients, pulses feed a growing population, while reducing our carbon footprint through sustainable agriculture. 2016 is the International Year of Pulses. Chickpeas, lentils, jumbo lima beans, yellow peas, green peas, kidney beans, black eyed beans and many more all play a key role in our food security and nutrition. Hummus anyone?... http://www.pulsecanada.com/ http://iyp2016.org/
