With the restrictions Bonnie Henry just announced we’d like to re-share the COViD Safety steps we are continuing to take as we go into the next two weeks and on to continue to help bend that curve. - All guests and team answer pre-screening questions prior to their shift/appointment via waiver form. - All guests and team are expected to wear masks during their visit and on premises. - We have plexi-glass barriers up, stations closed and distancing stickers visible to support... social distancing. - All guests and team are asked to wash their hands upon arrival and we have hand sanitizer available. - Frequent sanitation occurs on all high touch surfaces such as POS machines, iPads and counters. Tap payment is encouraged. - Every stylist station and shampoo basin is sanitized between each and every guest. - All tools and implements are disinfected and sanitized between every guest. - Our waiting area is closed and guests are asked to arrive right at their appointment time and to wait outside to be brought in to ensure there are not too many people in the waiting area at one time. - Our retail area is a touch free zone and our team is happy to select products for you. - We continue to have our team scheduled with restricted scheduling. - We have a COViD Fee if $6.55 with every service to support all the necessary PPE, disinfection products and sanitation steps necessary to keep everyone safe.
