We remember those who fought, those who served, and the fallen. We are grateful for their service and sacrifice. The cost of our freedom will not be forgotten. Lest we forget. . Swipe to see Rachelle’s Great Grandfather Clarence Betts and Uncle Earl Betts, both serving in WWI at Vimy Ridge where Uncle Earl was Killed In Action.

Now, more than ever, local small businesses need your support. Shop local this holiday season. Choose local all year round. Support local and be a hero for small businesses in your community.

It’s our FINAL OUTDOOR MARKET of 2020! Come and see us at the @kelownafarmersmarket today on the corner of Springfield and Dilworth until 1pm! We still have fresh spinach, the very last of our broccoli harvest and walla walla onions from this season, and of course our super sweet carrots and sieglinde potatoes When you miss us this winter, you can find our produce available at the @bctreefruitsmarket on Vaughn Avenue, next to SunRype and at @gambellfarms in Lake Country. Thank you all for supporting our farm and our local farmers’ markets. Don’t forget, some of our farmer and artisan friends will be attending the winter indoor markets at Parkinson Rec Centre, starting next weekend, so you’ll still be able to get your hands on local goodness all winter long!

SWIPE to see our carrots from harvest to market-ready! We harvest with a single row carrot harvester, double wash them, then weigh and bag them by hand Our washing line includes sorting for quality control, eliminating broken or misshapen carrots, which are donated to the Gleaners or our local Food Banks We finished our 2020 carrot harvest about a month ago, but we will have carrots packed away in storage until Spring 2021!
