Very validating article. - hitting COVID wall. A survey by the National Center for Health Statistics found that 41 percent of Americans showed some symptoms of an anxiety disorder or a depressive disorder in January, up from 34 percent in May. Being a Parent right now is hard!! - Kids and teens are stressed, restless and lonely ... and it their emotions are coming out at home. I have yelled this week "Shut up and calm down" - that never works. This is my cue to go chillout and breathe. Yelling mindfulness is not effective lol - if this is happening at your house.
