From our family to yours, we wish you peace, joy, good health and a very Merry Christmas Stay safe ZenFriends

Zenergy Health & Wellness 19.01.2021

2020's final Fitness and Health thoughts for the year.. Christmas is next Friday. The following Friday is the first day of the new year. With that, I wanted to end 2020 (a strange year it was), with something even closer to my heart; The picture below is from the Christmas holidays in 2013; We're a tight family the Arsenault clan. On Christmas eve many of us go to church for 5pm mass, give our hugs and Christmas wishes and then off we go to wait for Santa. The picture b...elow is the perfect image of the annual Arsenault family "Boxing Day" party. Potluck dinner, Secret Santa, drinks and chatter... then we set up the instruments and get to our old fashioned down East kitchen party the Acadian way; Singing, dancing, and laughing (loudly)... all with family and friends. This year, all any of us can do is hold those memories close to our hearts, do our part to keep each other safe and have faith that 2021 will allow all of these wonderful traditions to happen again. I know we all miss "normal". But I think one of the best reminders that was shared with me this year was that as much as we all are missing friends, family and making memories, consider those such as the soliders/military who are away from their family for several years at a time, and missing not just Christmas but milestones, birthdays, and other holidays. For us to have to adjust for 1-year, I think ... no wait.. I know we can manage. This Christmas and holiday season, why not push aside all the negative, and think and reminisce about the good times and amazing memories. It's good for the soul. And not only that, it's going to make next Christmas that much sweeter when we gather with friends and family and create new memories, smiles and laughter. I know I'll be ready to go the moment the Arsenault family can party Acadian style again!! Stay positive. Stay safe. Stay healthy. And have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! Friday's fitness and health thoughts... ~ "Getting old" has nothing to do with it. Your mindset and daily habits however, have everything to do with it! ~ Consistently stretching a muscle or releasing a muscle, with only temporary results means you're addressing the symptom, but not the problem. If this is the case, learn a new approach to the issue at hand to pinpoint the root cause of your sore muscle, pain etc... ... ~ Social relationships and human connection is crucial for overall health. Christmas time is no exception. Safely...ensure you're getting in touch with friends and loved ones over the next few weeks. ~ Coming to toward the end of the year, take a look back at some of your health habits earlier this year (this is where a log/journal comes into play) and notice what you were doing then vs now. Even a small improvement from then to now, means you've moved forward this year - not back. That's a very good thing. :) Coach Derek

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts.... ~ "It's not where you start, it's where you finish" ~ Dan John. This quote was exactly the topic of conversation yesterday when my client cracked off her first 3-full pushups, with great technique! She was excited because doing 1-full pushup before was impossible. We both agreed, the key is look what she's capable of now! Little bits a time = big things! ... ~ To follow up on that thought, when you're in a mental rut with your health practices, grab a pen and paper and make 2-columns. On the left, write habits from 6-months, a year or two years ago (whenever you'd like) that you would do on a typical day. In the right hand column, right how that habit is being practiced today. Sometimes seeing those multiple, little changes that are often overlooked, can help us see the good we're doing for our health. (Example: From 2013-2018 I spent 50-min per day in the car just driving to and from work. 25min one way. In 2020 - I walk 2km to and from work which takes 20min each time.) Big difference and big impact on physical and mental health. :) ~ Safety in anything we do is a part of overall health. In addition to being safe in your workout routines, being safe while driving, biking, hiking etc is so important. In 2020, being safe while out and about (if you even have to go out) is equally as important; not just to your own health but those around you as well. Be safe out there. ~ I was discussing sleep routines with another client again this week. This year has really pushed the importance of quality / quantity of our sleep in order to keep our body functioning efficiently and our immune system as strong as it can be. Sometimes it just can be one or two little things you do the hour before bed that can make all the difference. Regardless, if you're not sleeping well, or for 7-8hrs most nights, consider digging into why and slowly begin to make some positive changes in your pre-bed routine/sleep habits. Stay safe and healthy everyone. ~ Coach Derek

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts... ~ Shawna sent me this picture last night (see below). Immediately it made me smile and I had t include it in this week's post. We have to find these funny moments each day, that just make us smile. :) ~ Getting outside is so important for overall mental and physical health. BUT so is safety. This is the time of year where having a plan 'B' from your usual routine is a good idea. Some days it's too icy to be walking or running ...outside. Always have an alternative or two in place for those odd days where maybe it's better to play it safe. ~ Unless you're a bodybuilder or fitness competitor, think in terms of movements rather than "what muscles am I working?" ~ I'm going to take this opportunity to wish our oldest daugther, Jade (my Monster) a very happy 22nd birthday today!!! She makes us very proud parents to have such a smart, beautiful, hard working daughter. (bragging done...) ;) Stay safe and healthy everyone. Coach Derek

Zenergy Health & Wellness 11.11.2020

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts... ~ This was a tough mental week. Lots of ups and downs; particularly with the state of things in our province (and world). Workouts and walks were consistent but studying lagged behind most days. My head was not in a good place. It's tough on everyone. We can only take things one day at a time. Allow yourself to have some "down time" / "down days". Do your part to keep yourself and others safe and healthy. ~ I posted on my In...stagram @zenergyfhcoach this week how just by grabbing a kettlebell; lifting, squatting, swinging and carrying for 10-15min makes a huge difference physically and mentally. Think of it as movement breaks vs a workout. Even do it a few times throughout the day (whether you have weights or not). You'll be surprised at how good you can feel after adding in some movement. ~ The quote in the pic below is the weekly quote in my studio on the board this week. I've had it up before. It's one of my favourites. And it's so fitting for the times. Feel good, be happy and be strong. It doesn't need to be more complicated than that. Stay safe and healthy everyone. Coach Derek

Zenergy Health & Wellness 03.11.2020

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts... ~ Some week's you're on... some week's you're a bit off; that's called being human. And it's ok. ~ The weekly quote on the board this week is; "The body wants to be healthy. It just can't do it alone. It needs your help." ~ Dr Perry Nickleston. I've run into so many people in my almost two decades of being in the fitness industry who's attitude is; "It is what it is - I just have to live with the sore back, bad shoulders etc... ... " No you don't!! But you DO have to put some work in to help the body function the way it's meant to. ~ Sleep is crucial. The human body needs sleep to physiologically rest, repair and keep us healthy. The attitude of "I function fine on 4-5hrs of sleep most nights" will eventually hit a wall. Don't wait to start working on sleep habits. ~ I had a lone Zenergy walker this week with me. This client, when she first came to me wasn't doing much walking at all (at the time) and had a goal of just being able to walk over the bridge here in town. Now she walks regularly every week on her own, plus often joins the Zenergy walkers walk each week. This week we strolled over the bridge, around the canal and back over into town back to the studio and it was just fine for her. Progression and success is just amazing no matter how big or small. :) Have a safe and healthy weekend everyone! Coach Derek

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts... ~ I had a wonderful conversation with a client this week who has had amazing progress, but has felt a drop in motivation and drive the past couple weeks. Work is busy for her, life is busy and workouts have lagged a bit. It was a really nice reminder that nothing is perfect, nothing is permanent and it's ok to adjust when your energy is being pulled in different directions. ~ Not every movement or activity you do needs to be a ..."workout". ~ Find your balance. Where's your sweet spot between work and play? Everyone's is different. The important part is that you work towards a balance that suits your lifestyle now. Mental and physical health lies there. ~ Social interaction, human interaction is important for longevity and overall health. This is part of the reason we opened the ArtiZen cafe a few years ago, it's why we enjoy getting to know our clients, why we share stories and laughter together, it's part of the reason I've incorporated the "Zenergy Walkers" weekly walks... We've all read articles/studies about "wine being healthy", "coffee being healthy" etc....What's being realized is that sure these beverages in moderation may have good qualities, but it's more so the fact that they're often consumed WITH PEOPLE, while having conversations, sharing stories, feelings and laughs... :) ~ Little healthy practices over and over again, is where you'll find health and success

In Flanders Fields BY JOHN MCCRAE In Flanders fields the poppies blow... Between the crosses, row on row, That mark our place; and in the sky The larks, still bravely singing, fly Scarce heard amid the guns below. We are the Dead. Short days ago We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow, Loved and were loved, and now we lie, In Flanders fields. Take up our quarrel with the foe: To you from failing hands we throw The torch; be yours to hold it high. If ye break faith with us who die We shall not sleep, though poppies grow In Flanders fields. #LestWeForget #ThankYou #WeRemember #UltimateSacrifice #YesterdayTodayTomorrowAlways

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts... ~ Your daily lifestyle, routines etc is what it is now. In many cases, we can't always control certain aspects (work for example). It's important to NOT wait for the "perfect time" or time to magically appear to add in a healthy habit. Work within your current routines and lifestyle NOW. ~ Focus on movements vs muscle. The mentality of "what muscle is this working?" is ok in certain situations (rehab, bodybuilding etc). Ulti...mately, our body works as a whole not as a singular muscle. The majority of us need to focus on movement rather than muscle. Nature and physiology will take care of the rest. :) - Work to ADD healthy habits, foods etc to your days vs trying to AVOID/ELIMINATE something. Your mindset and HOW you approach your health is huge! ~ Find YOUR balance. Your night/day.... Your yin/yang.... Your up/down.... Your on/off.... That's where your health lies. :) *Coach Derek

Zenergy Health & Wellness 19.09.2020

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts... ~ People can lift you up and fill you with positive energy. People can also drag you down and fill you with negative energy. Make it a priority to be around those that lift you up. ~ Work hard, but rest hard. Find that balance. You physiologically cannot be "on" at all times. You need down time. Your body and mind need to recharge. Give yourself that opportunity DAILY. ... ~ There is no magical secret to reaching your goals. The more you read about the most successful people on earth (past or present), you realize they all they all have a major aspect in common; They just do the work. No excuses. They just do it. It's a simple equation; Do the work + patience = reach your goals Make excuses + inconsistency = no progress ~ In a conversation with a client yesterday we discussed her week last week again; she was off work on vacation, she didn't eat as well and didn't feel at her best overall. Her workout(s) got done, be it not at her best. I reminded her then, it's ok. She's done amazing for so long, it's ok to have an off week. This week she came in, is back to work, back to eating well and feeling good, and she crushed her workout today (even with a couple new challenges mixed in for her). Progress is NOT linear in anything we do. Stop expecting perfection. Understand and be ok with "off" days. ~ (After reading this); Close your eyes. Sit comfortably in your chair or wherever you are. Take a slow comfortable breath in. Hold for a second or two. Slowing exhale. Focus on your breath (feel or sound) or focus on the counting of your breaths. Just make it one focus - whatever it may be. Do 10 breaths in total before opening your eyes. Every time your mind wanders, just bring your attention back to your focus point. No stress or judgement. Just bring it back. After 10-breaths open your eyes slowly. Imagine how good you'd feel if you did that even 3-4 times every single day at various times?? Wow. Stay healthy, Coach Derek

Zenergy Health & Wellness 29.08.2020

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts.... ~ When you have work stress, life stress etc... (and it will happen many times), don't add to it by feeling guilty about bad eating or less intense workouts. You want to manage your stress, not add to it. Instead, stay active in less structured ways (a nice walk in nature, a paddle on the water, some gardening etc..) and focus the bulk of your energy on good food choices. Some "comfort food" is fine, but try to manage that. Th...e good food choices will help direct your energy on one thing AND help clear the mind, to better manage the stress. :) ~ Keep things simple. In everything you do in life. Simple and basic is the foundation of success. ~ Health comes in so many ways. If you focus solely on nutrition and fitness, you're missing a large part of the overall health spectrum. Open your mind to the big picture. ~ I've had some great discussions with clients recently about adherence to your own personal health practices. I truly believe in this week's quote on my board (Thanks to my friend, Jenn Vardon of Jenn Vardon Fitness and Yoga in Trenton); "Embrace your own pace" It's so important to understand that SAYING you want something, and ACTUALLY wanting to take action are two different stages of change. Change will happen when you work within own your mindset of where you're at now. As you DO starting DOING, it's important to work within your ability NOW as oppose to where you WERE or where you want to BE. *Enjoy your weekend everyone! Get outside. Be active. Laugh. Play. Relax and recharge. :) - Coach Derek

Zenergy Health & Wellness 23.08.2020

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts... ~ Get outside and take in your surroundings. Be present. Don't forget that we're Canadian and live in South-Eastern Ontario. We have different temperatures year round. I've heard many people say over the years; "Spring is so rainy and damp...", "Summer is just too hot...", etc... If you wait for perfect weather, you'll have minimal days outdoors. Every season brings days you definitely should avoid going outside, but overall ...it's important as human beings to get into nature, both for mind and body. Don't miss the opportunity - especially when the beautiful fall colours are out. ~This year is tough for so many reasons. Coming into big holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, things will get even tougher since being with friends and family is not what it's been for our entire lives. Be sure to connect with those people this weekend; video calls, phone calls etc... But also be sure to do your part in making this pandemic go away!! Be smart about it. ~ Our second "Zenergy Walkers" walk was a nice one on Bata Island this week. The temperature was great! Those who are part of the "Zenergy Health & Lifestyle" Facebook group will see when we plan to go each week. No pressure to come... or to not come. :) If you do come, the whole idea is movement and socialize. It doesn't matter if you're fast or slow... Just come enjoy getting outside and moving your body. ~ I mentioned in our Facebook group this week that it's been a trying week mentally; there's so much uncertainty around right now with COVID in our province. But each day that I felt overwhelmed and unmotivated, I made sure to keep the habit of daily movement going. And every time without fail, I always felt better after some movement work, be it for 15-min or 30-min. Movement is good for mind and body. Make it part of your everyday. It doesn't need to be mind blowingly amazing... it just needs to happen. Happy Thanksgiving everyone. Coach Derek

Zenergy Health & Wellness 04.08.2020

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts... ~ We're watching the show "World's Toughest Race" on Amazon Prime right now. It's about adventure racing. If you watch, notice how all teams competing have a common goal. Now really look at how they achieve it; It's not about all out all the time. It's about pacing yourself, doing the little things, and working with whatever the course (or mother nature) throws at you in way of challenges or struggles. Just like our fitness... and health goals. Pace yourself, do the little things and work with whatever struggles/challenges come your way. ~ A client shared her weekend with me during her session early this week. Her and her daughter did a "summer of road trips in one weekend" as she put it. Essentially all of them were active experiences; hiking, exploring and so on. The energy and smile on her face while she showed me pics and told me some of the stories was awesome to see. That's the WHY folks! It's not about a number on a scale, how much we lifted or how fast we ran.... It's about having the health and energy to EXPERIENCE LIFE in those memorable ways. :) ~ How many of us say we're going to do something for our health and don't do it? From my experience - most. So by doing something so simple and basic like eating 3-servings veggies per day, drinking a glass of water as soon as you get up in the morning or going for a 10-min walk every day to start.... You're actually way ahead of MOST people. And the best news is... you will reap the health benefits!!! Don't overthink it. Do it. ~ Yesterday was a first for me. I was in Foodland, and since masks became "mandatory" I saw my first person without one in the store! It was like seeing a moose in the wild; You're in shock of what you're seeing.... You stay back so not to spook them or to risk your safety.... But you can't take your eyes away... LOL I don't know why this man didn't have one or why the store let him in without one and all I can assume is it was a medical issue (I hope). Let's not forget to do our part as individuals. Have patience with others as best you can. The whole situation made me thankful, that (although I haven't been in a ton of stores since COVID began), that is the first person I've seen without a mask since they became mandatory. That makes me so thankful we live where we live. :) We need countries like ours to do their part and get these surreal times behind us. I am thankful everyday that our clients at Zenergy have been so understanding and patient with all the policies we've had to implement during these times. We truly appreciate the support.

Hello Zen Friends! Monday October 5th the city is starting a Mill St. reconstruction project. They ask that we don't park on the street this week while they are working in our area. This may also effect access to our parking lot. If you are coming for an appointment at Zenergy or for a visit to the cafe please be advised you may need to park around the corner on Wellington St. There are several city parking spots available there and its only a short 2min walk. ... Zenergy Clients - Please add a few extra minutes to get to your scheduled appointment as there may be disruption in the flow of traffic on our street as well. Thank you :)

Zenergy Health & Wellness 10.07.2020

Friday's random health and fitness thoughts.... ~ Yesterday was a very, unexpected quiet day at work. With that, I was back and forth a few times during the day from work to home. 2km walk each way. Before 8am I had already walked 6km. It was a day that gives the reminder that your movement, workouts, activity etc... don't have to be done all at once. Chunks of movement throughout the day will give you the same massive benefits. You don't have to stress about making the ...time all at once, if that's not realistic for you. ~ I love the quote from Katy Bowman; "Walking is a macronutrient." We know macronutrients are carbohydrates, proteins and fats, but how cool is it to treat walking as a nutrient for the body?? It's perfect!! That being said, we need to approach our health as "movement" and "nutrition" vs workouts and nutrition. MOVEMENT makes us healthy, not a particular type workout. ~ We have 24hrs in a day. 1-hour = 60min. So we have 1,440min per day. 1% of your day is 15-min essentially. As Dr Greg Wells says in his book "The Ripple Effect"; Who can't give 1% of their day?? If you "can't", maybe you need to ask yourself the question: "Do I really WANT to give that time to my health??" It's 1% of your day. Take that time for a nice walk, a few strength exercises and/or some meditation. Take it for YOURSELF. ~ The Zenergy Walkers set out last night for a nice walk before supper (despite the very dark clouds to the North). The fall leaves and good company were a perfect way to get in some movement before dinner. Feel free to join the Zenergy Health & Lifestyle group if you'd like to keep updated on when we're heading out each week.

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts.... ~ Ensure that you're not just taking care of your body, but also your mind and your soul. Those 3-things together create health. ~ Stop taking simplicity and trying to complicate it. Keep things simple whenever possible. ... ~ Write things down. Make this a daily practice. It may be your thoughts, your energy levels, your food, your mood, your activity.... Just write. You'll be amazed at how helpful your own thoughts and information are as you move forward. ~ Approach your exercise where you leave some "fuel in the tank" for tomorrow. Don't exhaust yourself. Work - but don't use everything up! Watch the magic happen. :) Coach Derek

Hello ZenTribe! We have a GRATITUDE announcement and short story to share :) Recently we received a heartwarming email, the intro reads. ... CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NOMINATION for the Health and Wellness Award. Zenergy Health & Wellness, has been identified as one of our community’s leading entrepreneurs. An associate, customer, local resident, employee or volunteer has let us know that you deserve recognition and has forwarded to us a nomination asking us to include you in our 2020 Business Achievement Awards Program. We are so overjoyed and humbled by this recognition that saying THANK YOU just doesn't seem like enough. Almost two years ago we combined Inner Peace Spa & Wellness Studio with Living Energy Fitness & Health and became Zenergy Health & Wellness. With that collaboration came many challenges and changes the departure of some longtime staff and the arrival of a few new ones, several adjustments to our treatments and services menu, renovations to the facility and a shift in the overall focus of the business as a whole. Through it all, YOU have embraced our transformation, encouraged us, motivated us and supported our journey. For this we feel blessed, humbled and grateful EVERYDAY! On that note, given that Zenergy Health & Wellness is not even two years old yet, we can’t actually compete for this award as one of the eligibility requirements states - and I quote Be a regulated or non-regulated Health and Wellness business located in Belleville, Brighton, Prince Edward County, or Quinte West for a minimum of three years to date. Nonetheless, we are incredibly thankful for this nomination, and have so much love for *YOU* our community, our clients, our family and our team. Friday's random fitness and health thoughts... ~ Start your day well. That means mentally be positive and excited for the new day. Physically move your body (be it gently or more intense for a bit of a sweat) before you do anything else. Avoid negative thoughts or things that create stress early in your day as best you can. ~ My client told me the story yesterday how she checked a lottery ticket she recently bought, and won $110!!! She was so excited she jumped and scream...ed and her mask came flying off. She said the people in line behind her were excited, laughing, and cheering almost (I said - imagine if it was more money). But the point she made was, people are looking for those smiles and laughs right now. We need to share more of those times with others (regardless of masks and pandemics)... Just be kind and enjoy those little moments with people. ~ Movement is movement. It doesn't have to be a "workout" to give you health benefits. Move. Daily. ~ DO NOT take every day movements for granted. Can you easily get up and down off the floor? Or is it a struggle? Maintain the mobility and strength to be able to do those little things that we often take for granted, because one day you'll realize you can't and it'll be too late. ~ With everything in life; Patience + Putting the work in = Success / Progress Nothing happens without practice and effort. So make it happen. -Coach Derek-

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts... ~ Those of you reading who are clients of mine know that every week I have a different quote on the board. I love this week's quote; "Wake up and work on yourself, before you go to work for anyone else" ~ Joe Duncan... How many of us put all responsibilities ahead of our own health and well being? How many of us use the "I don't have time" excuse, yet don't make or find the time to prioritize health practices? If you use the time BEFORE your day begins to do work on yourself, nothing can get in the way! ~ If you don't write things down when it comes to your health, you are very likely to miss out on a lot of positive changes that are actually happening. ~ You don't have to be "elite" in any particular aspect unless you're an elite athlete. But that doesn't mean you can't try to improve. Whether it's weight loss, strength, flexibility etc... Focus on one goal at a time. "You can't chase two rabbits at once" as, Dan John says, "because then you'll catch none". ~ Dr Greg Wells writes about "transition times" in his book, "The Ripple Effect" (highly recommended). This is where when you're done work, between work and home you create a habit/routine that signals to you the work day is done. So when you get home, you're home (mentally and physically). I've taken to that idea myself. As some of you know, I love listening to podcasts or audiobooks on the trip into work. Even the last two years now that I walk to work, I still do that. However, I've began using that transition technique to relax my mind after the work day. On the way to work, I listen to work related podcasts with my favourite strength coaches. On the way home I listen to anything but work stuff; Sports podcasts, old Vinyl Cafe recordings, the Debaters (so funny).... Anything to switch off from work mode.

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts... ~ Go walk. ~ Having a goal or target is a good thing. Having so many goals that you keep adding to your list and never actually accomplishing any of them, is not a good thing. One thing at a time. There's no rush. And might I add, you can't be or do everything. Stop trying to. Narrow your focus. ... ~ Soreness after a workout can mean adaptation (the body has done something new and/or more intense). That's ok. Soreness however, is not something that should be strived for in a workout. Progress is NOT dictated by soreness. There's a very big difference between simply exhausting / over-working yourself and ACTUALLY improving. Find your balance. ~ Spend your energy on the things in your control right NOW; Your thoughts and your actions. Don't spend time and energy on things in the past or future that are NOT in your CONTROL. This can play a major role in how you manage your stress levels.

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts... ~ We need some sort of balance. Mind and body. Cardio and resistance work. Healthy foods and some indulgence. Work and play. It's not one or the other, it's a harmony of both sides. You have to "Find your Zen" and discover what YOUR balance is. ~ Kindness and respect for others is a major part of our health and well being, during our current pandemic and beyond. Be kind. Respect others. ... ~ I listened to one of my favourite podcasts for a second time this week, where Pat Flynn and Dan John were discussing "cults"; The "cult" of intensity, The "cult" of sweating", etc... I loved how they put these things. It's not that anything they were discussing are bad, it's how they're performed and implemented that can be bad. But the main point of all of it was when you're obsessive about the HOW in these ways, it's NOT sustainable. There's the key issue. ~ We discussed and heard about this when COVID began, but I feel the need to mention it again; Don't worry about the things not in your control or things that haven't happened yet. With the world (ever so slowly) moving again, I feel that we're jumping right back into "fight or flight" mode and that scares me. Harness that slowing down pace we had the past 3-4 months (unwanted time granted, but it was important to our health I truly believe). Breathe. Take the moments only as they come. Enjoy each day to the fullest. Find balance in your days. Stay healthy. :) -Coach Derek ~

Friday's random fitness and health thoughts... ~ Some clients stuck with routines really well during our 4-months off. Others not so much. But what those "others" forget is that, it wasn't that most of them weren't active, they were just doing other things. I call them "life things"; lots of work around the house and yard, projects you've been wanting to get to for a while, gardening etc... It's all good! Don't forget - every little bit counts, especially if it's consistent.... :) ~ Different activities bring a different stimulus to the body. That can create some DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). That's normal. It doesn't necessarily mean you're not fit! It means you're just doing something different. ~ Think movements vs muscles. "What movements do I need to work on?" Rather than, "What muscles am I working?" ~ COVID brought the wonderful reminder of how important simplicity is in all aspects of daily life. Keep it simple. ~ It feels good to be back! Although tiring too. So much to think about, so much extra to do... but it has to be done. It's been great to see clients again and get caught up. We definitely appreciate the patience and adherence to our policies during COVID times. Thank you for you that. Coach D
