Painters always high... Love these guys work. It’s all about the details. Always said that the most under appreciated trades are the painters and Drywaller. Most of your eyes will never acknowledge a prestine drywall or paint job but you’ll certainly notice when it’s a bad one. I wasn’t particularly excited about taking this particular job in at first but so many brilliant ideas to update the space by the talented @alexdampseydesign is making this downtown penthouse into something really special.

Great walk through with the talented designer Alex Dampsey. We’ve renovated spaces of many sizes but this 3600 sq/fr home is spacious and is certainly due for a proper makeover.
