Had the pleasure of meeting a new client this week who very kindly allowed me to take some photos of the amazing vintage audio gear in his home. These are vintage Quad ESL 57 electrostatic speakers, in 2 stacks of 2 speakers each. He reconditioned the speakers and fabricated the metal stands himself. Something new for us. First time we're working on a golf simulator room. I can vouch for it's amazing accuracy of simulation - I was just as bad in here as I am out there. Audio is actually pretty simple, because swinging and hitting makes more noise than the environmental audio of the sim. Room will also be used for Nintendo and PlayStation so the audio needs to be much more robust for that. Control4 does the lights, projector, audio video control.
