With the Pandemic affecting everything these past few months, we have had to make severe changes to our order processing so that we can be as effective and efficient as possible. One of those major changes has been closing our doors to walk-in traffic. To compensate for that, we are asking for all orders and requests to be sent through our online orderdesk, so that we are able to manage the daily volume more efficiently. Another big change is that we have not been responding ...to phone calls or voicemails as the volume of those has become more than what is manageable. In lieu of leaving a voicemail, we ask that you send an email to our orderdesk as well. To place your orders from now on, please send an email to: [email protected] We send an automated response when your ticket is reviewed in the orderdesk so that you are aware that we have seen it. Then, once we have processed your request, we reach out to you to inform where your order is in our process. Unfortunately, with the massive volume of orders, we are receiving daily it can take 24-48 hours to respond. The reason that we take that length of time to respond is so that we can properly process your order, confirm stock, and arrange for a pickup time. This helps keep everything more organized in our warehouse and also keeps our process flow more organized = more efficient.
