Zero Ceiling is a proud member of the BC Coalition to End Youth Homelessness and we are working to ensure no young person ages out of foster care without access to a safe place to call home. The BC government paused the aging out until September 30 to ensure no youth left care during the peak of COVID-19. Their extension is looming and there is no concrete plan in place to ensure these young people dont fall through the cracks into homelessness. We are working to ensure all youth affected by this situation has adequate housing for October 1. If you or someone you know can offer place for a youth in need, please contact us.
