As I announced on this mornings edition of From Tim's Desk Zion United Church is continuing its annual support of the Moose Jaw Transition House during Advent Season. Previously we have gathered donated items during our White Gift Sunday with the Sunday School, however that is not possible this year. This year we have a blue bin set up just inside Education Wing by Jeannette's office for people to drop off their items. Please do not wrap them. Here is what they are hopping t...o receive, please NOTE all items must be new: For Women: House Coats, PJ's, socks, scarves, hygiene items, bath products, gift cards. For Children: PJ's, socks, mitts, gloves, toques, toys, books, art supplies. If you wish rather than purchasing an item we will also collect cash donations on their behalf. This continues to be a very important ministry that the people of Zion support. See more
