Sorry to say that I'm not going to get a video up today. But I wanna keep the flow of helpful information so definitely take some tips from these fine gentlemen in the industry that have some words of wisdom. Right now is a an excellent or detrimental moment for you. It could be the perfect opportunity to get your dietary better track. OR, You could very easily spiral into binge eating junk food out of boredom or worse as a source of temporary comfort in the face of loomin...g financial uncertainty. Got a routine for all y'all with access to a set of rings or any other kind of suspension trainer (TRX, Jungle gym, blast straps, etc) or really anything you can anchor above head level that can support your body weight. sorry, no voice over instructions on this one ( technical difficulties) Good luck!
