Not sure whether grilling this or eating it is the bigger adventure.
Our friends Adam and Julie were visiting from Canmore, so we decided to do something a little different, and make a duck pie.
The adventure is getting too big to manage on our own.
Had a great brunch at Camille's today. We were sort of sad that there are no major brunch holidays until New Year's Day. We need a fall brunch occasion.
We've been quiet for awhile, but the culinary adventure continues as we have found a new home, for our cooking, in Victoria. We have joined the team at Padella Italian Bistro and are now heading up the kitchen there. Seems like a great reason to come down to Estevan Village and enjoy some of our classic Italian cuisine, hope to see you soon.
Gotta do some shopping for this week's menu, still time to get in on it, send us a message if you're interested.
Great people growing great food. Why not support local?
There is so much delicious food in our refrigerator right now!
We bought some oxtail, and I wanted to make something I have never made before, and here it is. This recipe is simple and tasty.
