The other day I read a post that said before and after progress fotos is not good as the progress normally stops after the after photo. . And in some cases this might be true, but for me it was never about the before and after, but about the progress every day. . There is no quick fix in getting results, no quick diet, no perfect meal plan for a month. In the end it's a lifelong commitment.... . Above is my progress not from January to April, but from 2016 to 2020. It wasn't always easy, I didn't always eat healthy, and I didn't always feel like exercising. But it is years of working on all the above, and man has this been an amazing journey. . For me it was realizing that fitness is not about being better than someone else, it's about being better than you used to be. See more
