Hello everyone ! My knee is healed and last night I started practicing new songs !! The current health orders mean classes will remain suspended at this time but I’m going to continue to prepare for our next time together . Until then , here is a little gem to hopefully leave you with a smile

Hello everyone ! It has come to my attention that all group fitness is on hold until further notice in the province. I am sending positive vibes for everyone to stay healthy and safe . I guess this is a good time to heal up my knee. I will have classes paused until further notice. When we can dance again, we will. Feel free to reach out for those that have credit with . Otherwise I will keep your credit for when we can dance again

Hello everyone, I am not happy to announce that I am putting classes on pause for the next couple weeks. I have been contemplating due to covid-19 but I now have a mild injury that needs recovery. Normally I would power through but given the state of the world , I believe I need to listen to my body and take the time. I am happy to refund anyone who prepayed. Hello everyone ! I will be back at it Sunday at 10am- registrstion is full. If anyone has any signs of illness , please reach out to me directly and do not come to class. We will keep door open to allow for fresh air and hand sanitizer is recommended when everyone arrives .I hope to keep dancing as long as it’s safe and healthy to do so , thank you everyone for keeping this going
