New schedule during lockdown! Will be teaching via zoom tuesday at 6 p.m and sunday at 10 a.m! Free with gym membership.... As a personal note: it's been a tough year for everyone but an especially difficult one for the gym and its owner Michelle. Our gym is struggling, it's a reality that we could loose it if we dont support it. In solidarity, I have decided to move my classes online but as part of the gym to help Michelle. This means I will not be taking donations and instead really hope you keep your membership with the gym and join me on zoom for live classes. I'm sorry if some of you are disappointed to not get the free classes, I just think it's time we all roll up our sleeves and help small businesses :) the gym as been there for the tough and ugly part of my last 6 years, I want to be there for it's difficult times too Class passes are $130 plus tax for 10 classes, no expiry. Alternatively, monthly membership is 42.50 unlimited classes cancel anytime Hope to see some of your lovely faces online! As always, I welcome your feedback, even if you are upset please message me. Last class of 2020 this tuesday :) I also believe tomorrow, Ontario plans to announce a new lockdown in january. Classes will most likely move online but more to come

Morning all! Please note the class maximum is 7 so it's better if you call ahead and reserve your spot. In the new year I will be adding new classes both online and at the gym. Stay tuned!
