Unfortunately I do not offer virtual classes for many reasons, but if I change my mind I will let you know lol The Studio in North Bay does if you're interested in continuing dancing until we dance again in person These women are amazing and offer the motivation and energy you're looking for. They also offer Strong by Zumba, which is a high intensity interval class - think burpees, pushups, and other high-impact moves that is synced to specific music. This is a game ...changer You can also go to zumba.com as they have all classes being offered virtually around the world, some you pay and others are free. Imagine....you can be doing Zumba from Italy one day, and Las Vegas another lol Sending you virtual hugs Carole

With 13 enthusiastic Zumba Diva's who conquered the dance floor last evening, I had 2 prize packages to offer up for draw last night!! Congratulations to Rebecca Manwell, and Andreanne Asselin For those of you that requested t-shirts, no worries I have them aside for you! I can drop them off to you, if you live in the Renfrew area as well (porch delivery lol) let me know...... Anyone wanting shirts let me know, and I'll put them aside for you! Even though we were hit with a pandemic mid March and it halted our weekly Zumba classes, which seemed like forever, we still managed to dance 7 out of 12 months Things were different when we started back up again; but your commitment, energy, rock'n dance moves and beautiful smiles did not change. ... Your love for Zumba, along with your support, enabled me to continue providing you with this amazing fitness class within our Community.
