I’m sure a few of you have been wondering what you are going to do for Zumba as the new year sometimes feels like pushing an invisible restart button and for some, pushing it for all of 2020! No matter what this year looks like for you, remember you are strong, confident and beautiful and do not need a scale to tell you that. ... As you know, I have been off the last 2 months as I underwent surgery (that I under estimated the recovery time).
