Zup N Noodles

I made a bit of soup today A hybrid of Summa Borscht and Zuppa Toscano. My hearty soup is made with beef sausage and potatoes. It is delicious!! My egg noodles made with GF flour turned out amazing!!! While I can’t guarantee them 100% GF, I took every precaution. 1. Super thoroughly cleaned my kitchen and mixer. 2. Hauled out my old noodle maker that my grandma gave me. Washed it really well. Dried it with my blowdryer so it would dry fast. This machine will be designated only GF use. It will be kept in a sealed Tupperware container.... 3. Clean apron which is also designated GF and kept in the sealed container. 4. Red Mills GF flour. Let me know if you want some!! I need to source out a more cost effective GF flour to bring the price down on those. Currently they are $5 for 200g
