I highly recommend Sonia Reid Noble's private singing lessons. She has the ability to tune in and meet you where you are at. In the time we've worked together, I have experienced noticeable weekly changes and improvements in my sound. She is able to communicate clearly and help me see, feel and understand the changes she is asking for in the moment. (Not all instructors are good at this!) I enjoy my weekly interactions with her and the feeling of growth and forward momentum we are creating. I appreciate her kind and compassionate approach. She has also challenged me and helped me to grow as an artist and individual. You could not ask for a better experience. You can study with her through Zoom meetings or in person! Life Coaching with Loriann Zuzak ...... This offering formalizes a parallel journey I have been on for over 20 years. I studied Tony Robbins’ Strategic Intervention Coaching through Robbins Madanes Training in 2015/16. This coaching helped me peacefully navigate the dissolution of a partnership of 15 years, salvaging and actually strengthening our family unit through the change. I am proud to say there is such a thing as friendship and peaceful co-parenting after separati...on. I am living it. I have also been a passionate student of human thought processing (particularly polarity processing), human potential and personal development my whole life. I worked closely with a life coach for 3 years between 2014 and 2016. In the past 25 years, I’ve invested over $50,000 in self improvement and personal growth. I read 2-3 hours of psychology, philosophy and wisdom texts nightly. I’ve learned a lot in the process. A storyteller at heart (I pursued theatre in NYC and completed an English degree at the U of S in my 20s), I am fascinated by how our personal story can dictate and limit what we can become and how those ideas can colour our experience of the world. As an artist and entrepreneur, I am passionate about identifying how our art and our work can call out incredible personal growth and evolution on our path to contribution.
