You’ll now have two chances to move with us either in-person (outdoor) or virtually every Monday and Wednesday from 7-8 pm. Join our supportive and motivational community of women and allow our knowledgeable trainers to lead you through a challenging STRENGTH & CONDITIONING workout, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Summer isn't over...yet! Our 8-week summer series may be over, but we've still got 2 more chances to sweat together outdoors before the warm weather is officially gone! Join us on Sept. 9 & 16 from 7:00-8:00 pm in Foundry Park, Bolton for our final outdoor group STRENGTH & CONDITIONING classes of 2020! Classes will take place rain or shine. Please bring a mat, dumbbells and a reusable water bottle.... Based on the foundations of athletic training, classes will include a combination of strength-based exercises and bursts of aerobic cardio conditioning. Be prepared for a dynamic full body workout that includes drills, weights, plyometrics and a ton of exercises that utilize your body weight. MINI BAND WARM-UP Need a quick warm-up before your next run or leg day? Try these 4 mini band exercises that are great at firing up your entire lower body: Lateral steps... Monster walks Squats Standing lateral leg raises Complete each exercise x 30 seconds, repeating the entire circuit x 2-3 rounds. And for even MORE of a challenge, reposition the band closer to your feet or add a second mini band. And that’s it!
