Nor-Can Ventures in BC, Canada recognizes the demand for cashless, and the potential with Nayax's VPOS Touch! Whether it's a vending machine, dog wash, air vac, or car wash bay. Integrating with pulse and MDB, depending upon the machine type.
Are you ready for micro markets? These unattended, self-checkout retail spaces let operators see more profits with lower upfront investment, as all that is needed are a few shelves and a payment system. Nayax's Nova Market is a cost-effective and modular micro market solution for self-checkout.
Rolling out new vending installations equipped with VPOS Touch cashless payment solution. This will let consumers still practice safe, hygienic payments, just by tapping a card or using a mobile app to pay.
'Shawarma to go' comes to Maryland! Having the ability to go cashless is changing how people work, and it makes sense to choose an EMV-certified device to ensure you future-proof your business.
Nayax terminals are EMV certified and enabled! In just the past 4 years, Nayax has seen explosive growth in the number of EMV contact and contactless transactio...ns - In 2017, less than 5% of Nayax transactions were EMV, and today, in 2021, more than 90% of consumers' transactions are EMV contact and EMV contactless. And according to Visa, more than one out of every three vending transactions with Visa cards are contactless today. If you are an operator of unattended machines, you need to provide your customers with the most secure method of payment or risk losing sales. Don't wait another day to make the move to EMV! https://hubs.li/H0L3Tmy0 See more
Congratulations Three Square Market - you know you've truly made it when George Takei posts about your tech! For those of you who haven't been on the Internet for the last week, Three Square Market announced they would be offering to implant RFID chips into employee's hands to make paying for goods, accessing computer terminals, and more so much more convenient. This futuristic tech has everyone talking - how about you? Would you get an RFID chip implanted so you could stop carrying a wallet around? https://www.facebook.com/georgehtakei/videos/1670844016290105/
In case you missed Langley Wholesale or Kane's Distributing Ltd at the two Cannabis Life Conference shows, here are a couple glamour shots of the vending machines up and running with their Nayax card readers. We had a great time talking to industry pioneers and enthusiastic attendees about how automated merchandising will be a game changer in the marijuana industry. If you didn't get a chance to chat with us, fire us a message with your questions or leave a comment below - we would love to hear your thoughts!
It's that time of year again! We're so excited to be exhibiting at the Cannabis Life Conference at the Westin Bayshore. Come find us tomorrow and Saturday at booth 502 to check out the fully operational vending machine we'll have on display!
Ever dreaded going to the laundromat because you had no cash on hand and didn't want to go through the hassle of getting coins? Nayax cashless readers aren't just for vending machines - check out this video from a laundromat who added cashless payment systems to all their machines! Just tap + go - no coins necessary. Want to know more? Have a machine that could use a cashless payment system? https://langleywholesale.ca/payment-solutions
Our parking lot has been a bit of a death trap recently so Courtney went to work shoveling for half an hour - and she's apparently Wonder Woman! We have the best people here at Langley Wholesale #snowpocalypse2016 #wewillrebuild
British Columbia has a booming film industry, and we at Langley Wholesale really enjoy getting to contribute. Occasionally we get set decoration teams who really go above and beyond: it was great to get this postcard from the Death Note set decoration team. As a local business, we're able to move quickly for film and TV productions to get them the equipment that suits their set needs - let us know if you need a quote!
There's nothing we love to see more than innovators at work, and the Secret Location concept store in Gastown is most certainly a place of innovation. (Seriously, check out their gorgeous website: http://www.secretlocation.ca/ ) Their new vending machine is curated with a variety of premier products for sale: from Parisien chocolate to nail accessories to phone chargers and more, all enabled by a Nayax cashless system. If you're in the Vancouver area and you haven't visited their store at One Water Street yet, you need to go NOW! :)
With the food and beverage industry trending towards healthier options, it's no surprise that the vending industry is having to adapt as well, but few have been able to tap into the demand for truly fresh food. The success of Haely Lindau's Fresh Now vending machines should be an indicator that shying away from healthy, fresh foods is not the way to go! Fresh Now has affordable healthy snacks and meals ($3-$8) and offers a range of payment methods (including credit/debit!) fo...r ultra convenience. We are so proud to be working with innovators like Haely Lindau at Fresh Now. They currently have locations at Lululemon HQ, schools, offices, and more - if you think you know of a place that could use some convenient, fresh food, let us know in the comments and we'll get you in touch with Haely :) http://vancouversun.com//fresh-food-healthy-options-from-a
We're 1 week away from the biggest show of the year in the vending machine industry. The CAMA Expo is being held in Victoria, BC this year. If you're thinking about getting new machines, micro markets, or payment systems, this is the show to go to - most vendors (including us) will be offering hefty attendee-only discounts. We've linked to the Registration page below - come see us at Booth 28! https://vending-cama.com/eve/upcoming-events/cama-expo-2016
One of our favourite colleagues in the industry, Lorna Kane of Kane's Distributing Ltd., has won the Don Storey Memorial Award this year. And not only is she awesome (seriously, check out the award criteria) but she's also the first woman to win the award EVER. To top it all off, she did a great interview (that also mentions us a little too!) about being a woman in the industry, the future of vending, and the kind of changes that have to be made for an operator to keep growing moving ahead. "Whether you're a vending operator or a supplier, if you're not willing to roll with the changes or to embrace them, then you're done; you have to be willing." Wow! Chips, pop, and candy are still the most popular items to vend out of a machine, but there are innovative people out there using vending machines to help save lives! There are few limits to vending machines - what'll be your great idea? www.cbc.ca//pregnancy-dispensers-washroom-yukon-success-1.
If you're in the Vancouver area this weekend, make sure to stop by our booth (#508) at the 2016 Cannabis Hemp Conference, being hosted at the Westin Bayshore. This is a diverse show with many different vendors, tons of greater speakers, and of course: us!
If you have an iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch, then you've probably heard of Apple Pay. It's yet another cashless payment option making headlines in the US when it comes to vending machine sales. Headline is from the New York Post last week :) We're excited to let you know that Nayax is compatible with Apple Pay in Canada! If you want to find out more about this kind of stuff, we'd be happy to chat - give us a call or check out our payment solutions on our website: http://www.langleywholesale.ca/mechs-and-validators
