We will do our best to keep your vehicles working during these tough times. We make appointments for vehicles to be dropped off. You can drop your keys in the drop box ...and make payments over the phone. Invoices can be emailed to you. Just a reminder that our shuttle service and customer waiting area will not be available. As the weather is getting nicer our store will be busier with summer tire changeovers. We will be spreading out appointments so please call to make an appointment. Our number one priority at this time is the safety of our valued customers and teammates. Due to the COVID 19 situation we at OK Tire Sydney River have decided to close for 2 weeks and will reopen on Monday April 6th. We will book appointments for Fridays to accommodate customers during these 2 weeks. We are sorry for any inconvenience that may cause. ACTION PLAN TO KEEP EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS HEALTHY AND AVOID THE SPREAD OF COVID 19. For the safety of all our customers and employees we would like to follow this action plan as recommended by our health and safety representative during the Covid 19 situation. - Book all appointments and services by phone, text or email. Limiting personal contact.... - We would like customers to drop off their vehicle and organize a ride home. We will call once the vehicle is completed. For the safety of everyone, we are asking the customer not to stay in the waiting area while their vehicle is being serviced. - To maintain social distancing, we will not be offering shuttle service. Sorry for any inconvenience. - When customers enter the store to drop off keys please sanitize hands and keys, by using the provided hand sanitizer station. - We are encouraging customers to pay over the phone using a credit card. - If customers have any symptoms they are not permitted to enter the store. -We recommend these measures to be followed but will try to accommodate the individual needs of customers where possible.
