Hey! are you feeling cooped up and stuffy yet?! I feel you!! add some kids to it.. doing crafts? Nerf war? Toys?? when the kids aren't in school and we are surrounded by chaos, and that's a completely new and long term; adding such a change so fast so furious deeply effects our mental health. It's hard to wake up each day to remember it's not a dream. with so much on you its stressful and so contant.. This Zen Nest is still open to helping those in need of a hand with either ...the day-day or the deep N dirty. I want to help take a load off so you can stress less, so you can find a little time to think about other things. I want to help keep you and your family healthy in an even cleaner and even safer place.
