Recently our cadets participated in acts of remembrance in preparation of Remembrance Day. Since the cadets were not permitted to participate in person, it was still very important to them to honour the fallen in a meaningful way. Thank you to Ryan Switzer for his work in putting this together - it is an amazing tribute.

For me personally, being a Canadian means being apart of a bigger picture. I am proud to belong to a multi-cultural society. A community where there is freedom... and respect, where people strive to achieve their dreams. A community where everyone's a tile in the beautiful mosaic of Canada. ~ Sgt Joshua Mendoza, 797 RCACS To kick off our Canada Day celebrations, Ontario Cadets created this video featuring our national anthem, with hours of work going into the project we can not imagine a more fitting tribute. Bravo Zulu to all of them!

Cadets are stewards of Canada’s unique history and help preserve our proud heritage. We recognize and remember the thousands of Canadians who served our country... during WW2 and, especially today, those who served on D-Day and during the Normandy campaign. Through small, yet meaningful, gestures and actions, cadets show respect for veterans demonstrating that the next generation of Canadians and Canadian leaders will not forget those who sacrificed to defend values that define our great nation. #LestWeForget #WeRemember #DDay2020 2Lt Anthony Vukojevic, UPAR
