Assalmu Alaikum, As we see the numbers of COVID-19 cases increase significantly in recent weeks, we would like to remind everyone visiting Abu Bakr Islamic Centre that you must wear a face mask and sanitize your hands as you enter the Masjid. These measures will be enforced and there will be zero tolerance for non compliance. It has come to our attention that there has been a COVID-19 outbreak at a local Masjid and unfortunately that Masjid has been shut down for 2 weeks. ...We have issued guidelines for our musalees in order to avoid this situation. These measures are there for your protection. We would like everyone to feel safe while visiting Abu Bakr Islamic Centre. We would also like to remind everyone that you must provide accurate information while registering for Jumuah. This is so that in case we have any cases of COVID-19 at ABIC, we are able to provide the relevant authorities with this information so that they may contact anyone who may have been exposed. If we all do our part, we won’t have anything to worry about, insh Allh. May Allah protect us all, ameen.

Assalmu Alaikum, Please be informed that we will open the registration for Eid salaah on Monday on our website, insh Allh. Since Eid is on a Friday, there will be separate registration for Jumuah and Eid salaah. The same protocols will be in place for Eid salaah, as we have for Jumuah. Please carefully review the protocols, so that there is no misunderstanding. Salaah times will be 6:30, 7, 7:30, 8am ... Jazakumullah Khair
