Do not arrive more the 5-7 minutes prior to your appointment. Enough time to process your payment, but not too much time that you'll have to wait in our waiting room. If you are sick and experiencing any symptoms, please stay home. If you've recently travelled or may have been around someone who is sick or potentially exposed to the virus, please stay home. If you can do these things for us... we can make sure you leave your treatment room feeling relaxed and restored ready to take on the week! Dr. Bal is a University of Manitoba graduate with a Diploma of Osteopathic Manual Practitioner (DOMP) from the National Academy of Osteopathy.... Osteopathy is a full body treatment and includes a combination of very specific techniques which include joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques and soft tissue therapy. Osteopathy looks at the body as a whole and treats bones, joints and muscles. Dr. Bal has an extended history of working with chronic pain patients, lower back pain, TMJ/TMD, and carpal tunnel syndrome. He is now accepting new clients!
