I’ve seen a lot of our flowers around this summer. Including Municipalities of Chapeau and Fort Coulonge looking real good. This is one of the best I have seen ...our geranium Hanging baskets. And the ones on side of house with Geraniums and White supertunias Great Job Lucie and Yoggi. Next year I hope to have a draw for those whose posts pics on a sight , that some tecky person (anyone one under 40 lol ) can help me set up . Thanks to all that support us and local small business. Bike ride in books. Thanks so much for donations. And any yet to come. I was ahead of the TIME schedule today. I have about $700 collected or pledged . And some may have donated directly to the R.A. Next year I plan to swim the river across from Vicers.and bike.. to raise a little cash $$ so keep our local youth in mind whether it’s through me or directly to the cause. Investment in our youth. is an investment in theirs and our future. Have a good one

Hi Folks Cycle For Youth is on. I’m over 1000K in and will finish in September. Donations for Waltham RA / Chapeau RA / Robert Chartrand Memorial youth sports fund . You can choose or I will split equally. Donate in person or e-mail [email protected] . I hope to do a ride on September 11 (weather permitting) stop at Waltham restaurant 9AM . Stop at Lepines 10AM Conroys 10:20. George’s 11 ish. Sheen Church 1130ish anyone wanting to join ride or make a donation at these locations appreciated. $$ going towards youth activities in our area . Last year we raised over $1000.00 please share msg. Hi Folks some changes at store. The greenhouse will operate as usual. Open in May . Laurentian Wood shop has moved to another location and is under the direction of Lester. There is a website for that business. I have already received an inquiry about renting out a portion of store. I’m going to take a little time to consider options. With Covid restrictions etc I’m sure some changes fir better coming by spring ...We hope for better. If I do decide to rent store or portion... of it there are 2 sections. Main section about 1000 sq ft would be about $400 month plus about $150 month for normal heat and hydro use. Separate Show room/sun room about 200 plus sq ft. $150 month plus about $75 month month for normal commercial heat and hydro use. I will have some custom sawed lumber for sale eventually and will be sawing Pine in spring. So if you have a specific request please msg Please share msg. Hi Folks going to try and do the 100 K CYCLE FOR YOUTH. this week. You can donate to the Waltham or Chapeau RA. Or see myself or E transfer to [email protected] So far we have about $700 designated to Waltham and about $200 to Chapeau a special thanks to The little hamlet of Carroll’s corner that donated over $200. With a little help from our family lol. Also Matt from little greenhouse in Waltham donated the 10 percent from his sales. $300 for the ride I may have some company on ride Louis Carroll Gerald Wheeler You will get your $$ worth. This will be no ride in the park for these old legs.

Hi Folks brought some green peppers. Hot peppers and squash down to Greenhouse at chip stand. A tooney will get you either a squash 4 green peppers or a bunch of hot ones. If anyone wants a bigger order let me know Also looks like Matt has about 50!pumpkins for sale outside green house. Please share msg thanks

I will be putting some Spaghetti Squash and hot peppers at FryDaze chip stand week of September 20 th and maybe Matt’s pumpkins ? $2 a squash a buck for hot peppers. Just to cover seed purchase next year. I’m may grow lots next year. Lots. Maybe. Our green peppers did great but I only have 6 plants so by the time I supply the family probably all out. Next year. Maybe.

FUND RAISER bike ride. For the youth in Waltham and Chapeau. I need more motivation so my 100 k bike ride in late September can raise a few dollars for our local youth.
