Hi everyone! We are canceling skating tonight due to the cold. Hopefully we can be back on the ice soon!

The winner of our Liquor Basket Raffle! Thank you very much to everyone who bought a ticket and supported our club!

So remember that email we sent about being done for the year? Lets just forget that. We are working with Jenn to figure out how to get everyone on the ice for Monday. We will be contacting everyone shortly!

The Alix Figure Skating Club is excited to introduce our new coach! Meet Jen Shigematsu, "I am excited to be coaching in Alix this season. I enjoy coaching all levels of skating, from beginner to adult levels. I began skating at the age of 3, and have been coaching skating for 25+ years. I love sharing my passion for skating while having fun and helping each skater attain their goals. I have had the opportunity to work with many skaters; some have passed their gold levels and have continued on to pursue coaching and judging figure skating, while others have moved on to coach their daughters' hockey teams. I am so lucky to be part of so many lives and I enjoy making friends along the way."

Due to mechanical issues with the ice plant, the arena won't be opening for a few more weeks. We are working diligently to get it up and running, but more time is needed. Will definitely let everyone know as soon as we have a more firm date. Thanks for your patience!
