I shot my scenes for the new Me Mom & Morgentaler video in the gallery. Sadly, #Humbert did not make the final cut despite his tour de force performance. The 2 track single is available at https://osmosisunlimited.bandcamp.com/al/racist-friend-2020 Proceeds from sales will be donated to À deux mains / Head & Hands.

*** United against racism and discrimination. Two years ago, citizens of Montreal came together in a show of solidarity to speak out against racism, discrimination, police brutality, and hate. Two years later, the situation has not improved. Systemic racism remains glaringly obvious. Once again, it is time to respond with action and with solidarity. MTL vs Racisme are families, artists, ordinary citizens united in the common desire to yell and to sing loudly and clearly that racism and discrimination will never have a place in our streets, in our neighborhoods, or in our society. On September 12, 2020 join us from 12pm to 9pm for an online concert where you will have the opportunity to hear great music and to support some Montreal organizations that are doing important work to combat systemic racism and provide services to those who have been affected by it. Fundraising for À deux mains / Head & Hands, Hoodstock, Resilience Montreal. Programming to be announced.

NDG Ska is happy to be one of the distributors of Leesa Mackey's new single The Storm which is available to stream and download at https://osmosisunlimited.bandcamp.com/track/the-storm-3 Leesa and I managed to get most of the work on this song done at Alley Cat Gallery right before lockdown quarantine, and worked remotely with friends to finish it so we could release it for you today. I wrote this song last fall to comfort a friend of mine in the Philippines as they were being battered by a typhoon. We hope it brings some light and calm to the darkness and chaos of life as we know it these days.
