We just installed a large exhaust fan in the roof of our unit. This fan can evacuate 3,500 Cubic Feet Per Minute from our practice. The air exhausted is vented outside, not recycled into our office. The math done by our HVAC is that air in my 1,500 SF unit can be completely vented out in 5 minutes.
