10 to 1 challenge! 10 jumping split squats 1 burpee 9 jumping split squats 2 burpees 8 jumping split squats 3 burpees... ...you get the pattern... all the way to one. Time yourself and work on improving that time with your strength training workouts by adding plyometrics and high intensity intervals. Good Luck!

My favourite Tabata routine Tabata: 20 seconds WORK 10 seconds REST consecutively for 4 minutes//8rounds Arms - Push-ups... Core - Plank climb Legs - Squat jumps Glutes - Split Squat * switching legs each round 1 minute break between each Tabata set and you've got a 20 minute home workout - no equipment required! Count your reps and repeat this workout every other day. Watch your reps increase as you strengthen and tone that body of yours!

Work for STRONG not skinny! Set up a routine for 30 days, it will be hard and you wont always want to go but if you give it 30 days you'll get yourself in a good habit and you won't want to miss a gym day. It's your life, only you can make a change.
