I love Gabby Bernstein and what she is saying i have lived it. I worked through it for the same number of years and I know the voice she talks about. When you start to surrender when things are not going the way you EXPECT its a game changer. Stop beating your head against the wall and accept what is, accept that life will guide you to what it is you need. Be patient. I know its hard, but when you can do this fully the world just opens up and the path is so much clearer.

Essential oils help to calm us when wearing a mask. Try lavender or your favourite essential oil. #essentialoils #covidmasks

Are you someone who puts others needs before your own? Feel guilty when you let people down or disappoint them? OR Beat up on yourself when you make a mistake? Feel like you are a bad person who deserves to be punished? Well, it's time to stop listening to that voice in your head and start to be more compassionate towards yourself. Punishment doesn't actually change our behaviour it actually makes us feel smaller and little. Being compassionate towards ourselves creates change. Have you ever thought what the self is? What does it mean to be self? Who is the "me"? Who is the voice in our heads? Many philosophers have tried to answer these questions. The philosophy of the mind is a fascinating one! https://www.livescience.com/55999-is-your-self-just-an-illu

When we are in our head all the time and not in our hearts you can see how different life will look. Start being more compassionate to yourself talk to yourself in your heart voice and it will quiet your head voice. #leftbrained #heartvoice #headvoice
