Jesse and I met working on an advisory team & doing consulting work. We still do that work today.

Lets say, hypothetically, we considered moving our ancillary service, Recruiting to a strategic offering - why would we do that? Heres 5 hypothetical reasons: 1. If we found the right leader that could push our executive team to be better and offer more.... 2. Gig economy - remote work and flexible modern business models are key to success in these unprecedented times. Leaders are shy to hire FTEs. We need creative options. Covid could make us think we need to do more - connect our CPA network to opportunities that help business leaders hire with confidence. 3. Speaking of that CPA network - WOW! Seeing the candidates in the market right now is mind blowing. If there was ever a time? 4. The market has changed. Everyone is focused on easy and quick and volume of choice - Client Experience isnt a strategy that is in the market. Great work is being done but not the way we would do it. 5. Synergy. Why is Recruiting an ancillary service? Its because sometimes our clients want a contractor or a FTE to help them with their finance and accounting challenges. We want to amplify opportunities & cultivate connection - with business leaders and our CPA network. Guess it would feel good to do more of that? Hmmm - the start of a business plan? Stay tuned.
