Arbutus Ridge at King Edward Bay

We spent the day staking signage around the Arbutus Ridge in anticipation of our launch. Here's Allard looking very official in a hard hat, vest and hammer he donned for the photo to add some gravitas to the occasion. Somehow my ill-fitting sandals and fishing hat just weren't projecting the power-look we were going for... Its been incredibly satisfying to watch our little community grow. I received this picture from some of our neighbours who decided to welcome a new family to Arbutus Ridge with an Aperol Spritz celebration. Cocktails were served at the site where their new home will eventually sit and I understand a great time was had by all. These are the kinds of traditions we would like to have take root here. We had the surveyors out staking the lots yesterday. The weather was spectacular. We kept the crew company for while until we got thirsty.
