Cut leaf Coneflower .... looking for a perennial that will give you height in back borders? Grows up to 10 feet, low maintenance and beautiful bright yellow flowers. Blooms from mid summer right until fall. @ Artistry Blooms by Dee

Rose of Sharon blooming all over the county. It does belong to the Hibiscus family. Colours include white, red, lavendar, light blue and pink. This compact shrub grows 8-10 feet tall, full sun or partial shade, likes an acidic soil and hardy in zones 5-9. Prune late winter or early spring. Its common pest is the Japanese Beetle who can do considerable damage if not caught early in the infestation.
