ATTN: Annual winter service changes start November 29. This includes changes to some school specials, and bus routes 128/130 resuming service to University Transit Centre. Capital/Metro LRT continue to run every 15 mins until spring 2021 to accommodate Stadium LRT Station Redevelopment. Details: bit.ly/2Sdd70n On November 30, shuttle service between Heritage Valley Park & Ride and Century Park Transit Centre will begin. These buses (Route 700) run every 5-10 minutes on weekdays from approximately 5am-10pm. edmonton.ca/heritagevalleyparkandride

Today, Eddie Robar, ETS Branch Manager, was honoured to accept a national environmental leadership award. This national award was based on the City's electric bus program & sustainability initiatives at the Kathleen Andrews Transit Garage. ETS will have 40 electric buses in service by the end of this year. edmonton.ca/electricbuses

Attention post-secondary students: Due to U-Pass not being issued for the Winter term, discounted transit fare options have been extended to April 30. This includes Youth fares & our low income Ride Transit Program. Note: If you have already been accepted to our Ride Transit Program, you do not need to re-apply (your acceptance is valid until August 15).

Attention Text & Ride users: You can now get real-time bus times using Text & Ride. Here's how it works: Real-time Departure Times for Bus Stop - Text your bus stop number to 31100 and get real-time departures for up to 3 times per route for the next hour. ... Real-time Departure Times for Route - Text the bus stop number and bus route to 31100 and get all departure times on that route for the next hour. Don’t forget to put a space between the bus stop number and the route number when sending the text. Customized Text Service - You can also save a stop, or stop and route, for easy access in the future. Text SAVE to 31100 and then follow the instructions to select which stop you want to save and the keyword you want to save it as (e.g. home, work, gym). After that, just text the keyword to retrieve your saved bus stop and/or route.
